3+1 Project Submitted to the State Council Indicated the Investment Value of Tianjin Free Trade Area
On 17th of March 2015, China Ministry of Commerce News Spokesperson Shen Danyang told the media at regular press conference that the overall plan of the three new developed pilot free trade zone (Guangdong, Tainjin and Fujian) and the reform plan of deepening China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone are both already submitted to the State Council.
With the continuous extension of pilot free trade zones, the economic vitality of relevant regions will be further activated. The reform benefits and investment opportunities brought by the second circle of pilot free trade zone deserve more attention.
Among the current finalized free trade zone, Tinajin free trade zone possesses its unique superiority.
Tianjin is one of the regions with the most investment value in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and free trade zones. It undertakes the strategic programming of “two cores-three axes-one economic region”and is also the leading of northern economic zone and shipping centers. Therefore, some analyst believes that even though Tianjin, Guangdong and Fujian are simultaneously approved to set up free trade zones, the investment opportunity of Tianjin free trade zone is more outstanding and the strategic opportunity will not be confined to the port trade.
Specifically, the distinction of Tianjin free trade zone and other free trade zones is mainly shown in the following three aspects. Firstly, Tianjin will pay equal stress on the opening of manufactures and commercial logistics; secondly Tianjin has large areas; thirdly, Tianjin is the comprehensive reform and experimental zone, so the Central Committee endows Tianjin with ＂Early and Pilot Implementation＂ Policy. What is the most significant is Tianjin is the main part of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinating development.
As the northern shipping center and the leading of northern economic zone, the port and real estate are highlighted. Since its approval, the real estate projects of free trade zone are always in a popular situation, especially for the new constructed Haiwei Plaza.
